As an existing Hay Group PayNet client, that means you can now take advantage of Salary Analysis’ easy-to-use compensation modelling and analysis functionality, without leaving the PayNet portal.
You simply select the market data you want from PayNet in the usual way, choose the Salary Analysis option and the system steps you through the process of automatically populating the Salary Analysis tool. Uploading data about your employees is just as straightforward. An inbuilt wizard means you can locate and import data drawn from your own HR systems at the click of a mouse, allowing you to make crucial comparisons between your existing compensation policies and PayNet market data.
You’ll be able to see where you are in relation to the market, model different pay policy scenarios for all, or just some of your employees, and instantly see the impact on your bottom line - in a fraction of the time it takes using traditional spreadsheet-based approaches.

Because Salary Analysis displays information graphically, you’ll be able to see at a glance where employees are being rewarded above or below PayNet market levels, or your own policies. Intuitive drag and drop controls allow you to easily design overall compensation policies as well as focus in on special groups, so you can slice and dice your information to get the insight you need.
