Cezanne Software is committed to investigating new concepts and paradigms in the field of Human Capital in order to help organizations to significantly improve their corporate performance. The underlying premise for Cezanne's research is that, within the modern business organization, human capital is the most valuable resource for creating current and future wealth.
The objective of our research is a new integrated approach to exploring human potential within organizations, which leads to a better understanding of its dynamics and its impact on business performance. We are committed to exploit all the opportunities to foster our research activities in the field. We are actively involved in the European Research Arena by participating in RTD projects co-funded by the European Commission, and we also take advantage of the manifold opportunities that local governments offer to promote industrial research programs.
Based on our breadth of experience, we also partner with Universities, Management Schools and Public Associations for teaching in advanced training courses on Human Capital and Knowledge Management.
