Parkeon selects Cezanne Software’s HCM solutions to manage its data and its HR organization

Parkeon, the international group and a global leader in systems for parking management and ticketing systems for public transport, has selected modules from the Cezanne Software HCM suite to manage its human capital.
Parkeon employs 1,200 employees in 7 countries (France, UK, USA, Germany, Italy, Spain and Belgium).
The HR project for Parkeon is to implement a collaborative, scalable, international solution, which will bring value by integrating data from multiple systems (payroll systems such as ADP, Arcole HR, Ceridian and Excel files).
The Cezanne Enterprise solution was selected particularly for the maturity of its platform. It allows Parkeon to consolidate all of its HR data using multiple types of data integration or data uploads, while safely storing documents about each employee in the People module. The company can also automatically generate graphical organization charts and forecasts using the Cezanne HRCharter module.
In this way, the primary objective of having an international HRIS, accessible by both corporate HR and the local offices, is achieved through access to a single source of data that can be updated or analysed from a local or global point of view.
Another key reason for selecting Cezanne Software’s solution was the range of available modules, which can be deployed in different phases. In fact, Parkeon will implement, step by step, over 12 HR modules related to management, performance management, reward management and succession and career planning.
Finally, another important reason for choosing Cezanne Software’s solution is the autonomy offered to HR in the daily use of the solution. Tracking the evolution of the organizational structure, identifying different potential, mobility, hierarchical and functional relationships, all becomes very simple. Each HR manager can adapt the processes (assessment, recruitment, training requests, mobility requests, personal development…) and control the different elements; actors, steps, actions, alerts, e-mails, together with some other options, which offer genuine autonomy in using and adapting the system.

Last but not least, the commitment in terms of deadlines is to achieve the first stage of this international project, including the involvement of HR in 7 countries, in less than three months.
In order to achieve this objective, Cezanne has proposed an initial implementation as SaaS (Software as a Service) followed by a transfer to Parkeon’s own servers. This allows all actors to access the database immediately and simultaneously enables the Parkeon team to prepare the internal infrastructure for their current and future needs.
