Account Executive, Sales

We are seeking the very best sales professionals with an established track record of enterprise application software sales successes selling ERP, CRM, HRMS, EIM or SFA software to mid-to-large companies.

The individual must have a the drive to make something happen and the desire to be in at the start of an exciting venture.

Job responsibilities

  • Generate and close sales opportunities in leveraging your superior management and negotiation skills.
  • Develop new client relationships and leverage your existing relationships to build, evolve and manage a significant pipeline of concrete opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify prospects by telephone, cold call, premise visits, and networking.
  • Develop proposals and conduct sales presentations for prospective customers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects sufficient to meet quarterly quota requirements.
  • Deal with complex negotiations at the executive level.
  • Add value defining sales strategies and tactics, product positioning, marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Candidates must live in, or in commute radius of Paris.
  • Technical or Business degree from a top tier school.
  • Proof of business knowledge.
  • Superior presentation and communication skills.
  • 6 years to 10 years Enterprise Software Sales experience.
  • Track record of quota performance successes for the last 5 years.
  • Proven track record of overachievement in direct enterprise software sales to mid-to-large accounts.
  • Thorough understanding of complex solution sales cycle and solution selling.
  • Possess software industry success coupled with technical proficiency.
