Cezanne Software offers a range of flexible deployment and licensing options, so you can select the approach that is right for you. Whether you want to deploy your Cezanne application in-house, or on a hosted or on-demand basis, we'll work with you to deliver the best possible result.

Cezanne's HR software solutions are specifically designed for use in a web environment. They can be accessed just as easily over a secure internet connection as they can through your internal network, and they offer the advanced security, reach and ease of maintenance that you'll need for enterprise-wide deployment.

On-Demand (Software as a Service)

Our on-demand HR and Talent Management Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions allow you to benefit from all of the advantages of using our applications, without the overheads of managing the software and hardware environments. We install and manage the applications for you, and provide the application maintenance required to keep your system running smoothly. You'll benefit from rapid deployment, 24/7 access (subject to maintenance windows), periodic software updates, secured access and service backup.

You can choose a standard implementation - a virtually out-of-the-box On Demand solution that can be deployed very rapidly. Alternatively, if your needs are more complex we can work with you to configure or customise your HR or Talent Management system to fit your precise requirements.

This independently audited and internationally accepted security standard demonstrates that Cezanne adheres to the highest possible standards in its operational practices for data security. HR data is highly sensitive and with this accreditation you can be confident that Cezanne has the necessary measures and procedures in place to protect your data.



In-House

With the in-house option, the software is installed and managed at your own data centre. You'll have control over the physical deployment of your software, but still benefit from the ease of deployment, low maintenance overheads and robust application security offered by our web-based systems.

With either option, you'll have the same access to our application support services, including a dedicated help desk, 24/7 online call logging and tracking and a complete range of professional services designed to ensure that you get the most out of your investment with us.
