Grupo Atento chooses Cezanne’s HCM solutions

Cezanne Software Ibérica has announced that Atento, a major international contact centre operator, will manage its Human Resources using Cezanne’s HCM solutions. The company is based in Spain with subsidiaries in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Morocco, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico and Venezuela.

 

New solutions for better HR management

With a presence in 15 countries and more than 125,000 employees, Atento Group has chosen Cezanne’s solutions to help optimize the management of their human resources. The MBO project, managed by corporate headquarters and covering 300 executives across 7 different countries, is intended to help create a unified culture.

 

Among the deciding factors in the selection process were; Cezanne’s commitment to implement the performance evaluation model in only three months; the fast learning curve for the products; the multi-language options; the ability to extend the software by introducing new modules; and the system’s ease of use.

 

Atento is currently implementing six modules from the Cezanne suite: People, Survey, Employee Self Service, Reporting, Succession & Career and Performance.
