HgCapital selects Cezanne Software for Software as a Service Human Capital Management
HgCapital, a leading investor in the European private equity market has selected Cezanne Software to provide a range of hosted Human Capital Management applications. The systems will be hosted at Cezanne’s data centre and delivered to HgCapital on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis. Initially the system will cover UK staff only, but with an option to include staff at HgCapital’s operations in Germany and Holland at a later date.
Cezanne will be providing Cezanne People for HR administration; HRCharter for automatically generating up to date organization charts; Cezanne Performance for motivating and managing individual and team performance; Cezanne Recruitment for managing the entire recruitment process from the specification and publication of vacancies to the selection and induction of the most suitable candidate; and Cezanne Training for managing training programmes and any activities associated with objectives-led professional development.
HgCapital selected Cezanne Software’s solution for its broad range of functionality, its ease of use coupled with the attractive look and feel, and for its ability to generate powerful reports simply.
