The Perfumes and Cosmetics division of Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy Group (LVMH Italy) selects Cezanne Software’s HR technology
A new partnership between Cezanne Software, a leading provider of HR solutions for optimizing human resource management, and Mizar Informatica a specialist supplier of HR systems in Italy, has led to the implementation of Cezanne’s HR management software for the Perfumes and Cosmetics Division of the LVMH Group, to manage the 300 plus employees and contractors at its Italian subsidiary.
For the LVMH division, the main goal for the implementation of the HR management system was to have a solution that integrated with their other applications, would streamline and optimize organizational processes and would also encourage professional growth and productivity within the company. In particular, the system will be used for the analysis and planning of training and career development, performance assessment and analysis, and for graphically reworking the organizational structure.
Before the start of the project, the Italian subsidiary of LVMH – the world’s biggest producer and distributor of luxury brands, from haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Kenzo) to watches (TagHeuer, Dior Watches, Zenith), and from champagne (Dom Perignon, Moët&Chandon, Krug) to perfumes (Kenzo, Dior, Guerlain) – didn’t have a specific solution for Human Resource management, just some tools developed in-house. As a result, HR administration was time-consuming and highly repetitious.
The subsidiary uses the Cezanne HR management software on an ASP (Application Service Provider) basis, linking to a remote server hosted by Mizar Informatica, thus simplifying the technical operation and management of the application.

There are already many mid-size companies, like the Italian branch of the LVMH Group, that are beginning to acquire – and benefit from - solutions for managing company processes and resources that, until recently, were only available to much bigger companies.”
