AdLINK selects Connect to manage HR on a global basis

AdLINK Internet Media AG has chosen to work with Cezanne Software’s* partner in Germany, HR Management Software GmbH, to implement Connect to support its human resource activities across the company.

AdLink is Europe’s leading independent advertising network with 16 offices in 10 European countries and the USA, as well as strategic partnerships in Asia, the Middle East and South America. With the acquisition of Sedo and affilinet, AdLINK Internet Media AG is also active in the growing segments of domain marketing and affiliate marketing.

The company currently aggregates over 3,500 high reach, well-branded and niche sites including MTV, Real Networks, Via Michelin, Autotrader and Expedia. This offering allows advertisers to efficiently target their desired audience: from site-specific, to content category to run-of-network buys and everything in between, AdLINK provides the solution when branding is your goal.

Nieke Arendt, Human Resources Specialist at AdLink Internet Media explains: “We selected Connect for a number of reasons. We needed an HR solution that allowed us to administer data from 11 different countries quickly and efficiently. We wanted to use workflow to improve the efficiency of our HR processes, especially those relating to employees who join and leave our organisation, which often involves many different approval stages. We wanted to give executives much greater visibility over HR data, and we wanted to ensure a consistent European-wide approach to applicant management.

AdLINK will initially implement the system at their headquarters in Montabauer and then roll it out across the organisation.
