Cezanne Software Ibérica, the Spanish subsidiary of Cezanne Software, has been selected by the Valvospain Group to streamline their human resources management. The Group, which is made up of several European manufacturers of industrial valves, aims to take advantage of the synergy between the companies to deliver greater value to their clients. Valvospain employs 160 professionals and provide a wide range of valves to industries in the petroleum, gas, chemical, energy and mining sectors, as well as other businesses using fluids solutions.

Cezanne Enterprise contributes to success
The main reason Valvospain Group chose Cezanne Software’s HR software was to streamline the management of their human resources, in order to ensure that HR processes contribute positively to achieving corporate objectives. Gorka Murcia, HR Director of Valvospain, says: “We believe that customer satisfaction is always closely related to the commitment of our team. Alter a comprehensive evaluation of the alternative HR systems available in the market, Valvospain decided on a staged implementation of Cezanne Enterprise, acquiring the modules; People, Vacation, Training, Performance and Survey. Mr Murcia highlighted the scalability of Cezanne Enterprise as: "One of the main reasons for selecting this solution. We didn't want to be tied down to an inflexible system and we didn't want to invest too much. Our idea is to implement the different modules of the system according to our needs in the future. The team at Cezanne Software is helping us to decide priorities, as well as suggesting solutions".

A successful implementation
Cezanne Enterprise is already being used to manage Valvospain’s employees. The implementation, which was undertaken by LKS, one of Cezanne’s technological partners, has met a key requirement, which was to avoid any interruption to the day to day activities of the organization. Eduardo Novoa, an account manager at LKS, explains: "We always try to ensure that our presence is felt as little as possible in order to avoid disrupting the everyday work of the company.  In this context, the modular scalability of Cezanne really helps."

The modules acquired by the Group will be used by employees in the in UK too.
