- A fast moving service provider, with employees worldwide, Global Praxis Group needed a complete solution to manage its human resources.

- In the first phase the company will roll out the core Cezanne People module in Europe, Asia and South America, with plans to add more functionality in the near future.

Cezanne Software Ibérica, provider of advanced solutions for Human Capital Management, announces that the Cezanne Enterprise suite has been selected by Global Praxis Group to manage human resources in Europe, Asia and South America. The company also aims to use the system to link together employees of all nationalities so that they feel they belong to the same company and, therefore, to the same projects.

A Spanish-headquartered company specialising in providing strategic consulting services to global organizations, Global Praxis focuses on helping organizations to provide better customer services, tailored to reflect their specific needs.

An truly international solution
Since the company was established, the philosophy of providing the best possible service to customers has meant that Global Praxis has opted for an open, decentralised structure. The company only has one office, and their team consists mainly of consultants who live in different parts of the world and move to where the clients need them. Sandra Vargas, Director of Human Resources at the company explains: “With approximately 100 people spread across different parts of the world, we needed to find a tool that would allow the proper management of these workers through a single system. This means using a web-based solution.”

After analysing various options, Global Praxis Group selected the People module from the Cezanne Enterprise suite, which will be implemented in Europe, Asia and South America. Several important factors influenced this decision, including the modularity of the product, which allows new modules to be selected as new needs arise, the speed of deployment provided by Cezanne Software and the competitive cost.

A plan with a future
The project initiated by the HR department is intended to grow in the future. The first phase is to assess all of the employees and create a centralised CV of each one, so that consultants and their projects can be easily located on an international basis. At the same time, a key objective for the company is to provide all employees with a complete communication tool.

Joaquin Lasheras, Sales Director of Cezanne Software Iberica, explains: “Working for Global Praxis Group has been very positive for us as they understand the global capabilities of our suite and are aware of the value it can provide as a great communication tool, something that’s essential for companies working on an international basis.” He adds: “We hope that after the first project, our software will support any new needs that the company has, so that we can continue working together for the future.”
