Leading Spanish construction company Grupo Balzola, implements Cezanne’s HCM software

Cezanne’s human capital management software, which will be implemented by PricewaterhouseCoopers and Cezanne Software Ibérica, was selected based on its web technology, modularity and rich feature set
Grupo Balzola has selected Cezanne Software Ibérica, the Spanish subsidiary of Cezanne Software, a leading European provider of advanced solutions for human capital management, to supply HR solutions in order to streamline the management of the group’s workforce.
PricewaterhouseCoopers, along with Cezanne Software Ibérica, will manage the implementation of the solution. According to Carlos Bel, HR Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, this has the benefit of: “combining the expertise of Cezanne Software in the area of human resources and their understanding of talent management, with the consulting and management experience of PricewaterhouseCoopers.”
Balzola was established in 1989 and is one of the most important construction companies in Spain. The company tailors its solutions to its customers; combining the flexibility of a small company with the capabilities and drive of a big one. Among their core strategic values, in addition to customer satisfaction and the delivery of successful projects, are concern for the environment and a high level of quality control. The group employs more than 400 professionals, 110 of them graduates.
The company wanted a system to speed up their HR processes, and met with Cezanne Software as well as other leading HR software vendors. After working with PricewaterhouseCoopers to define their HR system requirements, and following a comprehensive evaluation of different HR solutions, the managers of Grupo Balzola selected Cezanne Enterprise.
