Cezanne Software, the leading provider of advanced Human Resource solutions, has been selected by Agrupació Mútua to streamline the management of their human resources. Agrupació Mútua had a requirement to plan and manage their workforce separately from their payroll, which was covered by the ADP solution. They had identified that is was important to better manage the training, selection and evaluation of their employees in order to cultivate the loyalty of their people, one of the core values of the company.
