Leading global welding company Serimax selects Cezanne’s HR software to manage international workforce on a single platform

Serimax, a leading international pipeline welding company with offices in the UK, mainland Europe, Middle East, Africa, Americas and Asia, has selected Cezanne’s suite of HR software solutions to enable it to manage its large movement of personnel across continents. Serimax chose Cezanne’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for its ability to support an international implementation and for the flexibility of the web-based solution that best fits the needs of Serimax both from a HR, training and logistics perspective. Serimax expects the new software to increase the efficiency of its HR management processes enabling faster access to the information with a single system across the organisation.

Cezanne Connect People was selected for its central HR administration software to record details on absence, sickness, holiday, salary, positions and organisational data. The self-service option enables individuals to keep track of their own details, holiday records and for managers to access information on their teams.
