Manpower France has chosen the Cezanne Software HayGroup PayNet Salary Analysis service to help them with the planning of their remuneration policy.

Instead of their current spreadsheet-based solution, Manpower has decided to take advantage of the Salary Analysis “plug and play” service for generating scattergrams (internal policies, comparison between internal and market data) and for simulating scenarios for changing their remuneration policy.

In today’s market, where attracting, retaining and managing equity is a key success factor for creating the conditions favourable to improving employee performance, Manpower has chosen a service that will allow them to:

  • Gain the ability to build scenarios more quickly and easily
  • Increase the size of the employee population that they analyse
  • Analyse more scenarios in much more detail
  • Provide the results in terms of budgetary impact
  • Easily export data to make it more ‘useful’

The expected benefits are: faster and more accurate analysis, improved data security and a considerable reduction in the time it takes to refine and expand compensation simulations.

The service is global, and designed to be used by the Director of Remuneration and all of his counterparts in the company’s subsidiaries.

Salary Analysis for Hay Group PayNet is an online service that’s been developed specifically for customers of Hay Group’s PayNet remuneration database service. It allows customers to take advantage of the functionality and ease of use of Cezanne’s compensation modelling tool without leaving the PayNet portal.
