The French group, FDI, has selected the Cezanne Enterprise HR software to manage their Human Capital. The Cezanne Enterprise solution was selected for its functional richness and its ability to solve the challenges associated with managing multiple subsidiaries.

The FDI Group, whose registered office is in Chambery, is made up of nine subsidiary companies distributed across Europe and internationally. The problem, common to many international companies, was that the company had different pay systems that weren’t integrated and couldn’t talk to each other, multiple databases and excel files and paper documents scattered across the business.

As a result, it was very difficult for the company to see their resources in real time or to be able to analyze information for all of their employees.

The HR Director wanted to put in place a solution that suited the size of the company (250 employees), met the company’s specific requirements (Think Global – Act Local), and would allow FDI to meet current regulations.

After reviewing several international and local software vendors, the Cezanne Enterprise solution was identified as the best solution for harmonizing and standardizing the Group’s HR information system.

The project is in two phases. The first phase is the implementation of the Cezanne Software People and HRCharter modules, which provide a single administrative base available in several languages, and includes information about organizational structure, employees, events and history. The Cezanne Connector allows monthly integration of additional data from the subsidiaries, and reporting enables effective monitoring of the workforce, and provides many performance indicators and dashboards.

The second phase of the project is the implementation of Cezanne Software’s module for employee performance management, and will help optimize discussions about performance management and career planning across all of the company’s offices in 9 countries.
