IBM and Ricoh Select Sapien Complete HR for Joint Venture

Sapien’s complete HR platform for HRMS and HCM has been chosen to provide payroll administration, benefits administration, absenteeism, compliance, employee and position management, reporting, org charts, performance management, recruitment, and skills inventory. Sapien has contracted a multi year subscription agreement to deploy Sapien’s Software As A Service offering to 2,500+ employees for the future InfoPrint Solutions Company joint venture.
