Support Consultant

Due to continued growth we require a Support Consultant to join an energetic and highly motivated team supporting our product range, working with both business clients and IT professionals based in the UK and Continental Europe. Additionally you will also be supporting our offices and partners around the world.

Reporting to the Support Manager, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of problem analysis and resolution, prioritisation, organisation and exceptional communication skills.

Specific tasks will include ownership of issues, prioritisation, fault diagnosis, tracking progress, developing solutions and work-arounds and communicating often-complex solutions in a clear manner.

Our technologies are purely based around our web-native products deployed in both a client hosted model and our Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

Technologies include MS SQL Server, Oracle, VB6, ASP, XML, XSLT, COM+ and the ideal candidate will have a firm grounding in many of these.
