BT is using Cezanne Connect to support the BT Managerial Pay Review process. The new system replaces BT's existing manual and spreadsheet-based processes for pay and bonus review across its five lines of business, involving around 40,000 employees.

Carrefour has acquired the whole of the Cezanne product suite. Using the Performance Management module, Carrefour has been able to provide thousands of its Store Managers with a web portal where they can view career information about their people, assign team objectives that are aligned with corporate goals, review competency growth and measure the achievements of individual employees' development requirements.

Credem

Banking - 3,500 employees managed in Italy

Credem has implemented an advanced Performance Management solution based on Cezanne's application. The system includes a new portal for Line Managers and supports a complex employee review process that combines an Assessment Questionnaire, Key Performance Indicator Targets, Competency Appraisals and Career Planning. The different areas are inter-related and the application generates an overall score that can be used to determine pay as well as development requirements.

Securitas Direct

2500 employees, implemented in Spain

Securitas Direct - the Swedish multinational company - a leader in the security systems market, has implemented human resource management software from Cezanne Software to help manage all of their people development activities. The system is intended to streamline development processes at Securitas, decentralising the management of activities and freeing up resources to provide other value added activities across the company.
