We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a successful track record of selling HR software or business software ( e.g. ERP, CRM or financial systems) to mid to large-sized organizations.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with proven sales experience to join a small dynamic team and make a real difference. Working closely with our telemarketing, marketing and pre-sales people, you’ll need to combine excellent business skills with a geniune enthusiasm for IT solutions. Our customers range from large multi-nationals with global deployments to smaller, local organizations, so an ability to communicate at a senior level is essential.
Job responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships and leverage your existing relationships to build, evolve and manage a significant pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Work with our telemarketing team to identify and qualify prospects by telephone, premise visits and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and deliver proposals for prospective customers.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects sufficient to meet quarterly quota requirements.
- Deal with complex negotiations at the executive level.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities.
- Add value by working to define sales strategies and tactics, product positioning, marketing activities.
Requirements
- Candidates must live in, or in commuting radius of central London and be prepared to travel.
- Technical or Business degree from a top tier University.
- Superior presentation and communication skills.
- Four or more years of Enterprise Software Sales experience.
- Track record of quota performance success.
- Thorough understanding of complex solution sales cycle and solution selling.
- Possess software industry success coupled with technical proficiency.
