Business Software Training Consultant - London, United Kingdom

We’re looking for an enthusiastic software training professional to join our office in the UK.

Based in central London, but with some travel in the UK and to mainland Europe, you’ll be part of a team of software professionals responsible for developing and implementing leading talent management and human resource management software for blue-chip companies worldwide.

As a key member of this team, your focus will be to ensuring the success of our product implementations by delivering our existing courses, as well as developing new courses in response to customer need and product development, for both classroom and web delivery.

You’ll also have the opportunity to:

• collaborate with the technical author and marketing team to transform training course content into product documentation
• assist our sales team in wining business, especially through workshops and other product-related activities
• champion training activities across our other offices
  

To be successful in the role you’ll need to have at least two years experience of delivering high quality business software training courses together with demonstrable experience of creating new training content. Experience of web-based delivery would be an advantage as would be another European language.

Experience – Required (Min. 2 years)

• Experience in providing software training
• Client facing experience
• Creation and development of training courses
• Production of high quality training documentation
• Hands on technical database experience

Skills – Required (Min. 2 year)

• Degree educated with either a 1st or a 2nd (Upper) class degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Skills – Advantageous

• Fluent in a Second European Language
• Institute of IT Training Certified
• Business Objects Crystal Reports XI
• Microsoft SQL Server
